Meet the Team
Kevin O’Loughlin
Nostra Systems was founded by Kevin O’Loughlin in 2006. Kevin has over 10 years experience in the IT sector in Ireland and 8 years at senior management. Kevin’s core skills lie around matching IT to business needs. Kevin is on the IAMCP (International association of Microsoft certified partners), and has a deep knowledge of IT and holds a very clear vision for the future of the company. He has led Nostra systems to its current position and is the majority shareholder in the business having invested over €300,000 himself in the business.
Donal Dixon
Donal Dixon is a 50% shareholder in Treacy Dixon Holdings Ltd., a venture capital company with investments in a variety of businesses and commercial projects. He was a founder and 50% shareholder with Liam Treacy in National Plastic Packaging Group Ltd which they sold in January ’09 to an MBO. They founded that organisation in 1984 and built it to become the largest operation in industrial plastic packaging in Ireland over the following 25 years. Prior to that Donal held a number of executive positions in the Smurfit Organisation over a 15 year period in a variety of businesses and other roles. He is a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and the Institute of Packaging.
Liam Treacy
Liam Treacy is a 50% shareholder in Treacy Dixon Holdings Ltd and was also a 50% shareholder of National Plastic Packaging Group Ltd. Prior to starting the NPP Group he spent 10 years with the Smurfit Organisation as Sales/Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager of an operating company. He holds an M.Sc. in Management from TCD and is also a Graduate Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Liam is tasked with managing the finances of Nostra Technologies and ensuring it stays on course for its aggressive goals.
Gary Byrne
Gary’s key skills lie in attracting new businesses to Nostra and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Gary has over 10 years experience in the industry from both a service and sales perspective. Gary is very highly respected in the IT industry and would get most new clients from referrals from existing clients. He delivers to the clients by advising technically.
